- In the Instagram app: Profile β Menu (β‘) β Settings and privacy
- Open Accounts Center β Your information and permissions β Download your information
- Pick your account, choose βSome of your informationβ, check only βFollowers and followingβ, then request a download
- Download the file from the email Instagram sends you
- Upload that file as-is below β no need to unzip. We handle the rest automatically
Just upload the file as you received it β no need to unzip. If you already unzipped it, you can upload the followers / following files inside instead.
